  • Recently, I was contacted by another dealership to appraise my 2009 Odyssey for trade-in. After getting there, they were unwilling to negotiate the purchase price or financing rate.

    I contacted Brown's Honda City and came in contact with some very professional people. The whole process was as easy as it gets from the appraisal to delivery. I have been dealing with Brown's for over 25+ year though have used a couple of other dealership over the years but always returned to Brown's as their high quality of service and standards. From Sales with Leo, Phil, Pat, and Rob to financing with Mel, to service with Jennifer. They make you feel part of the family at Brown's. They back up their words with action not leaving you wondering what it going on with your vehicle.

    All I can say in my case it that everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of.
